Thank you so much for your time last night, it was very helpful and gave me a lot to think about.  I am going to check out those books you suggested and I am going to plan ahead on the meals for my family, both were very good suggestions.  As soon as I get my packet, I will make arrangements to take the education class as soon as possible.  I think you had a very good suggestion about taking it sooner than later so that I can get a better idea of what to expect.  I hope you have continued success.
